Returns Policy

At Antati, we care deeply about your satisfaction and skin health. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
1.1 The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

1.2 The product is not a final sale, promotional item, or part of a limited-time
campaign.

1.3 You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used
skincare products.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@antatiskin.com within 14 days of
delivery. Include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if relevant, for damaged or incorrect items)
Our customer care team will guide you through the return process, including return
address and instructions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or an order error (wrong product or missing items),
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and
product(s), and we’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement depending
on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, we
recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.


6. International Orders

For international returns:
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties (if
applicable).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Antati’s Right to Refuse Returns

Antati reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the policy conditions. If a
return is refused, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
